Engineer turned founder. I build and invest in real assets with a bias toward long-term thinking, hands-on operations, and financial freedom.

I started my career as a software engineer. It taught me how to think in systems, debug problems under pressure, and build things that actually work. But the desk job wasn't for me. I wanted to build a legacy, not just a career, so I started buying real estate.

In 2017, I put $23,000 into my first short-term rental. I used strategic debt and reinvested every gain. That one property became two, then five, then a multi-million-dollar portfolio, then a management company running 50+ units, then a syndication company with over $10,000,000 of investor capital raised.

I'm not chasing scale for its own sake. I'm building toward independence, the kind that comes from owning what you operate and aligning your work with how you want to live.

  • I focus on cash flow.
  • I pair that with deals that have solid tax benefits.
  • I utilize strategic debt.
  • I set clear goals that aim me at my long-term vision.
  • I execute daily on my goals.

Right now I'm focused on growing Bidwell Capital, improving operational systems across the Penn Properties portfolio, and recording new episodes of the Wealth Independence Podcast.
